Off-road side-by-side utility vehicles and dune buggies manufactured prior to Feb. 4, 2021 are admissible exempt from the RIV program. Refer to Section 2 for importation.
All off-road side-by-side utility vehicles, dune buggies, dirt bikes and ATVs with a maximum speed of 32 km/h (or 20 mph) are admissible exempt from the RIV program by virtue of their designed maximum speed limitation. Refer to Section 2 for importation. See EXPLANATIONS section. |
